any tips on weight gain with this?

Not sure if I asked this before so sorry if I did. any tips on weight gain with this? I'm underweight and I can only eat small portions of non trigger foods. I think it also has to do with muscle loss, but I'd like to see if anyone has any tips

No advice I eat like a bird I wish I had that issue I can’t loose weight maybe try high calorie smothie or powder for high calorie I do have a child that hard time gaining he is gtube fed reflux but also disabled low tone non mobile non verbal he gets duocal for added calories

Peanuts? I have the ones dry roasted with honey. Lots of calories. 100 grams spread out and nibbled during a day is 650 i think. If you can eat them. I have the same problem as you. My goal is to keep my weight at 50 kg, lost 5 kg in 6 months now. I have energydrinks from my doctor on prescription. If you can get that. Small 125 cl bottles packed with calories. They are my lifesaver as i can only eat certain things. And i have heard the ppi makes you digest the nutrients very slowly, so maybe that is a part of the problem also. Ive always been thin but its getting sooo boring now with this disease popping up. At least i could eat pizza and burgers before😫

Boost worked great for me during a time that even air was giving me reflux lol. Seriously I was in bad shape and had no trouble.

homemade milk kefir made with raw whole milk and a dash of raw cream. this is something that has never hurt my stomach, ever. you can make a smoothie out of it.

Tracy Tidmore I make high calorie smoothies and I use plant protein in them. What I use is vanilla almond milk, spinach, carrots, vanilla Greek yogurt, a tablespoon of grape seed oil, one or two tablespoons of peanut butter, one or two scoops of plant protein, frozen strawberries, frozen bananas and sometime vanilla or chocolate ice cream. It doesn’t sound like it would be that good but it’s delicious. You can’t even taste the spinach or carrots and it’s got a lot of calories in it. Since I’ve been doing this every day I have actually started to gain a few pounds and so far it has never made me feel like crap. You can look up other recipes for high calorie smoothies online too.

Tracy Tidmore I used to make one with frozen blueberries, almond milk, honey and cinnamon and it tasted like blueberry pie. I forgot all about it, it was so delicious I have to make it again.
