Although my gerd pain isnt here the fluttering has gotten worse and is closer to my throat

Ive had on-going gerd for about 6 days now. Only time I dont notice it is when im asleep. A month before developing gerd I had started a new diet which was having no added salt, no added sugar, as well as no dairy and no bread and a low amount of carbs as well as no canned or packed foods. I was planning on staying with this diet but then I got gerd. So I then decided to not use oil in my cooking either.

I also stopped drinking sparkling water and homemade smoothies and onlly drink water.

Its been 6 days and although my gerd pain isnt here the fluttering has gotten worse and is closer to my throat.

I dont want to take meds until I HAVE to and would rather fix this naturally if possible. Any ideas as to what I'm doing wrong? The theories ive come up are either a deficiency in something, a LACK of stomache acid, lack of dairy, weight issues (either from being overqeight or losing my weight, I'm 5'2' and weigh 192, but before dieting I was 210) So yeah if anyone has suggesions they would be great.

Is it just that I need to wait it out? I just dont want this progressing anymore.

I've had the same for over a month....all day. From about 10 minutes after I get up until I go to bed. Tried ppi but it made it worse. I'm ok when laying down. Worse when sitting. Let me know if you get any answers.

I'm trying kefir soon so Ill see if that helps. Might want to try a sleep study because a lot of people have sleep apnea withiut now it and one of the symptoms can be gerd.

Yeah I am doing it natural I'm scared to take any medicine for it some days are good some days are bad I take probiotics and I eat lots of fruit and vegetables chicken prefer baked chicken salmon fish turkey meat salads and oatmeal cookies homemade Greek yogurt with covered with raisins those are good for snacks and that's about it I drink Welch grape juice gerd friendly I eat cantaloupe strawberries blackberries apples and I just tried some peaches and they're good but no nectarines they are bad I guess they have citrus fruit in it bananas are good and digesting Elms I take and just hope for the best so I can heal and I'm on a low fat diet cabbage is good greens spinach oh my gosh I love some spinach and that will help you I hope I ended up losing losing 7 lb I had gerd since two and a half months now.

Yes I don't have asked it going all the way up my throat anymore but I do feel pressure when I have it attacked down there where start from my stomach going up all I feel is pressure that lets me know that the asset is trying to come up and I usually take something for that to ease it back down or I'll drink me some apple cider vinegar and water and put more acid in my stomach just a little bit and and it's sometimes it's okay but sometimes it takes a day or two once I'm agitated with my throat but yes my symptoms has changed a whole lot I changed my diet I don't eat the same thing I don't drink I don't smoke and I tried to eat nothing but healthy food I eat light meals I eat light breakfast in the morning which is oatmeal I have a complete meal for lunch and at dinner I snack on some fruit or salad and I will don't eat 3 hours before I go to bed and it has improved a whole lot

I know some people and maybe hard because of food food is addiction for everyone because we have to eat to live but when they told me I had GERD and I had to look up what is GERD I stopped what I was doing immediately and it was kind of scary at first and I'm on this journey like everyone else trying to feel better and get better and live healthy at the same time I am on this journey I'm trying to lose another 30 pounds cuz I never had any problem like this until I gain several pounds good luck to you I hope this works out for you.
