How did you manage stress ?

Deka Swandika
The way I manage stress, we must first always think positive and avoid negative thoughts, just think whatever happens to our bodies, it's all the effects of the stomach is in trouble, do not be afraid to die, because humans would all die, the disease comes from the mind We ourselves, we must be patient if we want to recover because all need a process, and do not forget to add picnic so happy heart,

Deka, what symptoms do you get with gastritis? I have reflux, and yesterday was so sick, burning, nauseated, upper belly was colicky with pain and a low grade fever.

Deka Swandika
Almost all the symptoms I feel, such as heart palpitations, shortness of breath, dizziness, fever, and many more, .. alhamdulillah

Do you avoid dairy or reduce it?

Deka Swandika
Yes avoid foods that are too much oil, reduce fast food, to help me only the consumption of natural honey, and change the mindset, because as much as any medicine in drinking, we will not heal if not yet change the mindset .. and always think positive

Jamie Leigh
Perfectly said. I am slowly reducing dairy and already gf as I have a autoimmune disease. Mindset is key I am finding out.
