Don't go for big meal, try to drink as much as water and eat at least before 3 hours from sleep in night.

Slippery Elm powder and marshmallow root. Got me off my 10+ years of Prilosec. Google the benefits.

Jenny Jones
Do either of these help with the silent reflux as mine is awful at the moment trying aloe Vera that has helped my tummy but not my throats?

Kieran Mc Ginley
Pamela can you tell me more...When do you take it? How do you take it?

Pamela Pennington Potts
Kieran Mc Ginley I take 1tsp of Slippery elm in a little warm water 3 times a day. And marshmallow root capsule 3 times a day. I also take Zantac 150 (1) morning and night.

Yes. I also do the Arbonne healthy living program. I have gotten off my ppis and antacids with no more burning pain in my throat and chest. My gerd is under control with my lifestyle change. I am obese and have lost 69 pounds to date from starting the healthy living program and clean eating. So I want to share this with others.

my diet has fixed so much for me. I do battle heart burn most days but i can handle it and ranitidine and mylanta helps.
I eat really clean and low gluten. I have cut 99% of artificial colours, flavours and preservatives and my chest and arm pain is gone. Like gone! I dont eat chilli or raw onion. I just eat healthy natural and real foods.

Kirsty Bennett
Oh I eat raw red onion in salad most days 😳 ok clean eating seems to be the way to go!
