What is the dosage for omprazole for pregnant?

What is the dosage for omprazole for pregnant? I am 10 weeks pregnant. I had stopped taking omprazole the moment I found out I was pregnant. I was hoping that I can dragged it till the 2nd trimester but it was a bad choice! Weeks after I stopped I started burping constantly and I knew it's gonna be a flare out so I stared to take omprazole 20mg in the morning and gaviscon peppermint before bedtime. I started to cough badly, the throat is very itchy and I'm constantly coughing to get rid of it waking up in wee hours to cough and not sleeping till totally exhausted ! I just coughed and vomitted lots of foam substance , I didn't know what is it ! I dunno if I should double the dosage of omprazole ? Not coping well ESP dealing with the morning sickness ,I going crazy and at a loss!

Call your Dr if your OB isn't available they would have left another Dr in charge in case patients need help. You can also call your GI

Our practice here ,we don't get to speak to the doc ,if our Gastrologist is from a government hospital we book app thru operators which even for urgent cases are at least 2-3months ..unless opting for private gastro we can only be speaking to the nurses which sonetimes not so keen in answering questions and she will schedule an app the fastest few days later .yes I will visit a GP tmr .thanks

Definitely different then what I am used to. With pregnancy I would hope they are quicker
